The "It's only Fair" client rewards policy

Piedmont Preferred Realty, Inc offers rewards to buyer clients and listing clients for their loyalty and trust in us and for their efforts that result in buying or selling sooner. In the words of Vicky Olive, the principal broker of Piedmont Preferred Realty “We feel it’s only fair to reward our clients for their efforts.” These rewards are specific to each individual home purchase or sale transaction. Land transactions are not covered by this policy. The three buyer rewards and three seller rewards are listed below.

BUYER: Buy in first week - save 20% off the Buyer’s commission

If an offer is presented within seven days of the buyer’s first property showing with a Piedmont Preferred Realty broker that results in a sale, Piedmont Preferred Realty will contribute 20% of the buyer side sales commission it earns from this transaction to reduce the buyer's closing costs, down payment and/or loan principle at closing.

BUYER: Free Buyer Home Warranty

Piedmont Preferred Realty, Inc offers all home buyer clients a 1st year home warranty to give buyers peace of mind should any of the covered systems require repair. The warranty will be delivered at closing.

SELLER: $1,000 “Prepare to Sell” Support

We will recommend steps to improve the saleability of your home, our “Prepare to Sell” home review, and will reimburse clients for all the high priority “Prepare to Sell” recommendations they implement up to $1,000 at closing. These recommendations may include Home Staging, an Appraisal, a Home Inspection, a Home Warranty, needed repairs completed before placing the home on the market and management of these repairs.

SELLER: Sell in the first month - save 20% off the Listing commission

To reward clients for advanced preparation and pricing of their property that result in accepting an offer within one month of listing on the MLS, Piedmont Preferred Realty will contribute 20% of the listing side commission it earns from this transaction to the seller at closing.*

BUYER or SELLER: Loyal clients - save 20% off the your side of the commission

After your first transaction with a Piedmont Preferred Realty broker as your agent, clients earn the "Loyal client reward” for all subsequent transactions (land and subdivision representation excluded). We will contribute 20% of the listing side or buying side commission we earn from the transaction to our client at closing.*

(*)For our listings, our policy is to allocate a portion of the total commission in the listing agreement to the listing side of the transaction to compensate the marketing of the property (the listing side commission) and a portion of the total commission to the sales agent who brings the buyer to the transaction. the buyer side commission.

Yes, clients may qualify for more than one reward on a transaction

Clients may quality for more than one reward or other rewards Piedmont Preferred Realty may offer, yet the combined amount of all rewards is limited to 30% of the listing commission or the sales commission earned by Piedmont Preferred Realty from a transaction. No amount carries over to another transaction.
