Our Service Guarantee
The Vicky Olive Team is so confident that our marketing, follow up, and communication systems will make real estate easy for you, that if you ever do not feel the services you are receiving live up to our promises, you may cancel our contract at any time*. All we ask is for a 48 hour verbal courtesy notice of your desire to terminate our agency agreement and that the final cancellation request be written and signed.
We measure our success in two ways:

The REFERRALS we receive from you before, during and after the transaction.

Once we are under contract, STAY ON TOP OF IT and continue to act in your interest until your home is sold

* As long as you have not accepted an offer with us as your exclusive listing agency. Your only other residual obligation to Piedmont Preferred Realty, Inc. will be the Protection Period (detailed in section 8.c. of the listing agreement)
