Meadowmont Chapel Hill, NC Meadowmont | Chapel Hill NC Meadowmont is a community of stately homes, luxury townhomes, retail, restaurants and services that offer a walking lifestyle just minutes from UNC and downtown Chapel Hill. The community gets its name from the Georgian Revival estate built by the DuBose family in 1933. The home is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
